Washington Bakery

by 12 year old writer
(Bedford P.A. Ghost Tours )

12 year old writer with a story from Bedford PA ghost tours. Patty Wilson, a pretty well known lady in the ghost hunter's world, was our tour guide that late night and she had told us about the Espy House or the Washington Bakery. She had said that once a lady was working in one of the offices and she heard footsteps, at first she thought it was her boss and didn't think much of it but then she continued to hear it and got nervous so she started running down the stairs and the footsteps started running too. After she got out of the building she waited for the uncalled for footsteps to reveal the person lurking in the building. Afterward she noticed that no one was there. She had decided that the place was haunted, quit and never came back.

A Real Ghost Hunter
by: Patricia

I have met Patty Wilson several times at various Ghost Hunts in the area. I've always wanted to take that Ghost Tour in Bedford Pa, I didn't realize Patty was the tour guide. Hoping I get to take that tour this summer.

Thank you for submitting the ghostly tale,

Patricia (webmaster)
