The White Ghost

About a week ago I was brushing my teeth at the sink, as I put my tooth brush into the holder I turned to see what I thought to be a person turn and walk outside of the bathroom door. I have seen things like this before, but never this bad. I first took it as my eyes playing tricks on me as I shrugged it off in years past. But this time it looked a lot more clear. Nothing happended for about a month but last night I saw the same thing, and it kinda freaked me out.

My house is told to be haunted by the the first owner. We call him George. And I can unmistakingly say that the figure looks like a man wearing a hat and a jacket. I had only seen a ghost once when I was very little, and I consider this my second sighting.

I also see people out the corner of my eye sometimes, not only people that I know, either. Or I'll see them for a second, look again and they're gone. Not only people but animals as well, sometimes even objects (most notably a Little Golden Book), but it always makes me think about what I saw when I've seen it.

It's been awhile since you've submitted a ghostly tale. It's good to hear from you again. I was beginning to wonder if this ghostly world was getting you down.

Yep, I'd say you just had your second ghostly sighting. It's a normal reaction to think your eyes are playing tricks on you when you see a ghostly figure nearby.

I was talking to Patty Wilson a couple of months ago and she mentioned reading some of the ghostly tales you submitted. She's such a nice lady. We've become good friends.
