The South Did Lose the Civil War...

On the same night we went on a Jenny Wade ghost tour in Gettysburg the girl in the hotel room beside us started screaming and yelling that people in gray had just been shot. She had a problem pronouncing her Rs so she must have been young. Her dad could not see anything, her mom couldn't either. I had looked but didn't see anything, I believe that the older you get the harder it is to see ghost. She repeated this for the next three nights until her father said, "tonight we will go down to the parking lot and wait for the men in gray". Secretly the mom set up a stakeout at her balcony and also waited for the southern soldiers. After about 10'clock the dad and girl came back and did not see anything. But the mom had seen them plain as day, she said that they weren't 5 feet from you but got shot and disappeared seconds after, which could explain why I didn't see them. Originally the Yankees caught the confederates and said you will fight for the Union, or be shot. They chose death, and are regularly seen by children between 3 to 18 years old although the mother saw them on this occasion. After all of this, I had thought I heard of that same story somewhere else, I realized after I looked through the Jenny Wade tour pamphlet that that was one of the main stories our guide told that night.
