Russell House Haunting

by 12 Year Old Writer
(Russell House, Bedford, P.A.)

Sup, 12 year old writer here with the results on our ghost hunt at the Russell House in Bedford PA. It was my first investigation so here we go.

First we went in at about 6:15 P.M. to see what we got ourselves into, and after that we started the investigation at about 7:00 P.M. At first I laid our EVP recorder for about 15 minutes in the upstairs kitchen, and continued on into the night. About half way through the investigation we started hearing noises and seeing things on this one stairway. After the investigation was over we reviewed the evidence we have about 10 pictures of orbs and one picture where it shows the outline of a person ( I thought it was a woman) standing on the staircase in which we heard the noises and saw the dark shadows. We also have an EVP where my partner ask a question like, "Did you live here at one time?" Right when he is done saying it you here this kind of a grunt sound. So that was our experiance at the historical funeral home once owned by a PA Chamber of Commerce member James Russell, The Russell House built 1816.

Russel House PA Ghostly Tale

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the historic Russel House. I'll bet you had a lot of fun exploring the old funeral home and learning about the history there. It sure sounds like you got enough evidence of the hautings.

I really enjoyed hearing from you as time approached for your school project. It was nice of you to keep me up-to-date. I hope you get an A+, I know you put a lot of thought into the project.

Don't forget, you can always share any digital photos with us.

I'm looking forward to getting an autograph copy of your first book, you'll be a great writer someday. I have no doubt you'll write about Bedford, PA and the many historic hauntings.

Patricia
