Quilts of the Endless Mountains Show: October 2009


Montrose Pennsylvania is again hosting the “Quilts of the Endless Mountains Show” on Saturday and Sunday, October 10th and 11th, 2009, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. both days. Admission is $5.00.

This year, the show will be held at the Montrose Area High School, located at School Street in Montrose. This has been changed from the previous year’s walking tours to allow handicapped accessibility as well as bus parking. Montrose High School will be preparing lunch for our guests.

Demonstrations will be held both days. Check out quilting techniques from hand quilting to machine and long arm quilting. Also learn how to hand sew pieces together so you can take your quilting with you. There will be a Kwilting Kids Corner for the younger quilters. We will be raffling a quilt at $1.00 a chance, as well as a silent auction, and door prizes.
