PRR baseball team circa 1910
by: GeriGB

Hello: I was pleased to find something related to the PRR baseball team, as I always hope that there would be a photo of the railroad track workers, possibly, that would have my grandfather photographed with the group. He was from Italy, joined the PRR about 1908 or 1910, worked laying tracks, became a foreman after many years, and we've no photographs of him while working or with any celebrations that the PRR may have had prior to his death at age 65,possibly 1945 or 1946. Thanks for reviewing my comment. geri Biscardi

Hi Diane,

Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful old picture of the old PRR Baseball Team. That picture is in great shape for being so old. I'm sure many of the Pennsylvania Railroaders will really enjoy seeing these guys.

Patricia
