My Altoona Railroaders Museum Ghost

I took this picture in july of 2011 when i was going to work and i always walked beside the Altoona Railroaders Museum and walked over the 12th street bridge. i would randomly snap pictures and when i got to work i would check my camera to see if i got anything and when i seen this i was wondering who this could be.

Hi Marjory,

Thank you so much for sharing your photo of a ghostly creature at the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum. It's pretty dark but I can make out some kind of ghostly appearance. I've been to the museum many times and have talked to a lot of people about the ghosts in the museum and around the area and I have no doubt you caught something in the photo.
