Monuments Have A Night Life Too

Hi Ya, 12 year old writer here with a story I just heard from an old woman in Bedford PA. This story goes like this, at night when almost nobody is around the Indian Monument and Civil War monument in Bedford, they are supposed to step off the top of the monument's and start walking around. When people ask them why they are dressed like that they say it's because they're in town for a reinactment of the war. Truthfully I don't believe it but I thought I'd tell you guys at PA Mountains Of Attractions anyway.
