Jamming is one of the popular attractions at the Lyons Fiddle Festival.

I noticed you don't have our event listed.
We are the biggest fiddle festival in the state. Attracting around 4500 people to the small town of Lyons.

Location: Lyons Community Park, Berks County, Pennsylvania

Featuring: Continuous Entertainment, Iron Kettle Cooking,
Pig Roast, Jamming Area, Craft Area, 26th annual Fiddle Contest, Antique Tractor Display & Bluegrass Church Service

a slice of heaven

I have been going to the festival at least the past six years. I love walking around hearing the different music. I feel like I am in a little part of heaven when I am there.

We found the Fiddle Fest shortly after moving to Berks County in 2001. It is a wonderful event, with so much great music--a true slice of America!

Dear Patricia,

You will enjoy this event immensly not only is there enjoyable fiddle competition throughout the day but many folk come from locally and other nearby states to play all their string instruments throughout the day in small and large jam sessions which gives Lyons its unigueness throughout the year and no one ever wants to go home at the end of the day.

Thank you for alerting us to the exciting Lyons Fiddle Festival in Lyons, PA this coming Sept 20th. This sounds like such a wonderful toe tapping and hand clapping event. I'm hoping to be able to find the time to attend your event this year to get pictures and interview some of your fiddle players so I can write a full page about your event.
