Burning of Old School House..

I have heard a story of an old school house that burned down in the late 1870's-to late 1880's and it was situated on a road currently called> Old Herschberger Road; located by the Jerome Holsopple area... Apparently there use to be a young boy who's job was to tend to and keep the fire burning in the old stove inside the old School house.... well; out of a mistake of his own or whatever the School house burned to the ground; alot of children died as well as some adults and the young boy also... he was to have been known to come dressed in a top hat and very nice clothes... i went out to this road to try and find this site..... out of a deep feeling to just stop the vehicle i was in and take a picture at this 1 wooded area i did so.... i took it with just a cell phone; it was AMAZING... i will try and upload this pic. i have had it for 5-7 years.... anyone wanting to know more about this contact me at> warlockdude85@yahoo.com. thank you.
